Closed Issue: Cannot Add Site Collection [25986]

I am attempting to connect to SPOnline using standard login (ie. user@mytennant.onmicrosoft.com) but the following error shows up. Earlier versions of the app usually worked not problem. I am using 1.5.1.0

Comments: Cause of issue is related to the network (infrastructure). This is not related to SPCB but SharePoint Online (Office 365) in general.
